Designed for 2 families or a group of friends, Whiskey Cove has 2 floors with 2 distinct but connected living areas. Both floors have open-concept, fully-outfitted kitchens, full bathrooms, 2-3 bedrooms, and expansive decks with lake views. There is plenty of space for larger groups to gather together and many options for folks to relax apart.

Plenty of Space for Everyone

Upstairs, there's a large open living area, with a 12-person dining table that overlooks the lake, a family room with plenty of comfy seating for everyone, and an updated kitchen with counter seating for 5. The kitchen has views of the lake and double doors that open to a large upper deck. The upper floor also includes a laundry room.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, plus a large bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower, accessible both from the king bedroom and the hallway. All bedrooms on the upper floor have views of the cove.

Upper level sleeping accommodations include:

• Large bedroom with King bed (and access to bathroom)
• Smaller bedroom with Queen bed
• Bunk room (twin bed over full bed, plus twin trundle bed)

But wait, there's more...

The lower level has a lake cabin vibe with fishing décor, comfy leather furniture, and a cozy fireplace. This level is a smaller-but-similar floor plan as the upper level, complete with an open concept living room/kitchen area, breakfast bar and dining table, a full bathroom with a walk-in travertine tile shower, and a washer/dryer closet. The lower level also has double doors to a deck that spans the lakefront side of the home and features a daybed swing. Sleeping accommodations on this level include:

• Large bedroom overlooking the lake with a king bed
• Smaller bedroom with 2 twin beds (no lake view)
• Pull-out coach with full-sized mattress in living room

The king bedroom has ample space for a pack-n-play or inflatable toddler bed, both of which are on-site for guests. 

Bring a boat or rent one

The upper and lower decks connect to a gently sloping yard that leads to the waterfront. The dock has a table and multiple chairs to keep you comfy yet close to all the action. It also has a swim ladder and bumpers along the front of the dock to tie up guest boats, jet skis or other watercraft for quick, easy use throughout your stay. You'll find 2 kayaks and an Aqua Lily Pad for your use on the water.

Two public boat ramps (Neal Bridge and Lost Creek) are located less than 3 miles away, and if you prefer to rent, several companies on the lake offer boat rentals throughout the year.

Whiskey Cove is located in the Turkey Creek/Neal's Bridge area of Tims Ford Lake, just 7-10 minutes from Holiday Landing marina (Bluegill Grill) by boat and about 12-15 minutes to Tims Ford Marina and the lake's main channel.

Take advantage of being in historic Lynchburg, Tennessee by visiting the legendary Jack Daniel's whiskey distillery (15 minutes away). If shopping is more your speed, downtown Lynchburg is a site to be seen, with the Jack Daniel's store and other quaint shops and restaurants ready to welcome you to small town Tennessee. Historic downtown Winchester is also full of locally-owned businesses with unique finds. A hike at Tims Ford Lake State Park is also a great way to take in the lake and surrounding topography.
